GOVERNANCE OF THE INSITUTE:

           The overall governance of the Institute is vested with the Board of Trustees which determines the policies, programmes and activities of the Institute.  However,the actual day-to-day administration and the task of promoting the programmes and activities are vested with the Executive Trustee & Coordinator, who acts as the Chief Executive Head of AIRD, under the overall guidance of the Board of Trustees.  The Board comprises Patron, Chairman, Vice-Chairmen, Executive Trustee and other Trustees.  The Board meets as frequently as necessary and lays down the policies.
