DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCE:
AIRD since its inception has been conducting various types of training programmes some on continuing basis, some for specific period and a few an adhoc basis, fulfilling the needs of the Development Organizations, at AIRD’s International Training Centre (ITC), Bangalore.
The elected women members are trained in AIRD to bring better developments at the village level.
