VISION:
To foster human resource development through encouraging local leadership at the grass-root level for effective self-governance and fostering empowerment of women both in urban and rural centers.
STRATIGIC GOALS:
• To build skills and capacities both in terms of improvement of human resources, and to take up various income generating activities at the community level and generate, financial resources to provide livelihood security on sustainable basis.
• To build capacity of individuals and groups of people at the community level to deal with problems such as Poverty, Sustainable Agriculture, Trade and its impact on the farmers and marginalised people, to provide access to resources and promote local self governance for deriving maximum benefit to people.
• To promote value based quality education among disadvantaged section of the poor children.
• To develop leadership qualities among children to share responsibilities and deal effectively future challenges as they grow to become leaders in the community.
